Spiced Green Tea is an excellent lighter version of chai. Made with Chinese Green Tea and chai spices, it's not as spicy or as strong as the traditional Indian chai, but similar in flavor.
Use 2 teaspoons per 16 to 24 oz pot.
Use Hot (160º - 180ºF.) water.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
Caffeine: 20 mg / 8 oz cup.
