Oriental Beauty / Formosa Silver Tip Tea are tea leaves from northern Taiwan, picked in the tropical heat of summer, then hand twisted and left to dry to various shades of green, red and brown, with a silvery sheen. Its honey-like liquor is light yet rich, imparting a floral sweetness and full-bodied flavor.
How to Prepare:
Use 2 teaspoons to 1 Tablespoon per 16 to 24 oz pot.
Use Very Hot (180º - 195ºF.) water.
Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
