This hand-blended Chai is based on traditional South Indian blending methods and contains all natural and traditional ingredients.
Masala Chai should be infused strong and served sweet with steamed milk or cream and sugar or honey.
Ingredients: Orthodox Assam & Dooars CTC Black Teas, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and bay leaves.
Use 1 Tablespoon per 16 to 24 oz pot.
Use Boiling (212ºF.) water.
Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
Caffeine: 45 mg / 6 oz cup.
