How to Prepare:
Use 2 teaspoons per 16 to 24 oz pot.
Use Warm to Hot (140º - 160ºF.) water.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
Hint: Increase water temperature higher to enjoy an earthy aroma and more astringency, while a lower temp will produce an sweeter, fuller-bodied cup.
