Bancha Tea, an everyday Green Tea, drank regularly in Japan, is harvested in late season. It has a vegetative taste and an unrefined appearance with some stalks and stems. It is considered to be a milder Tea than Sencha.
How to Prepare:
Use 2 teaspoons per 16 t 24oz pot.
Use Warm to Hot (160º - 180ºF.) water.
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
