Ayurvedic blends combine herbs, plants, fruits and spices. Cumin is a rich source of tymol, which is used as an antiseptic in many preparations. Cumin also increases the secretion and discharge of urine and relieves flatulence.
Ingredients: Ginger Pieces, Cinnamon Bark, Apple Pieces, Lemon Peel, Chamomile Flowers, Cardamom (Green, Black and Grains), Almond, Mint, Coconut, Tejpata (Bay Leaf), Cloves, Cumin Seeds, Fennel, Nutmeg, Gol mirch (pepper), Coriander and Green Tea.
How to Prepare:
Use 1 Tablespoon per 16 to 24 oz pot.
Use Near Boiling (200º - 210ºF.) water.
Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
